Larian Studios has announced the next (and final) major patch for Baldur’s Gate 3 will include cross-play. The supported devices include the PlayStation 5, Mac, PC, and Xbox Series X|S.
The update will also include new subclasses:
- Bard: College of Glamour
- Barbarian: Path of Giants
- Cleric: Death Domain
- Druid: Circle of Stars
- Paladin: Oath of the Crown
- Fighter: Arcane Archer
- Monk: Drunken Master
- Ranger: Swarmkeeper
- Rogue: Swashbuckler
- Sorcerer: Shadow Magic
- Warlock: Hexblade
- Wizard: Bladeslinging
Additionally, patch 8 of Baldur’s Gate 3 will also include photo mode, alongside both cross-play and the new subclasses. Players can adjust camera settings, lens settings, scene settings, add processing effects, stickers, frames, and more. A stress test for the patch will begin in Early January, while the full patch will release at some point in 2025.
