Take-Two has announced that Grand Theft Auto VI is still releasing in Fall 2025. The news comes in spite of the ongoing SAG-AFTRA strike that affects numerous companies, including Take-Two themselves. It is currently unknown how the strike will affect development. Further, the next trailer date for Grand Theft Auto VI hasn’t yet been revealed. Take-Two will likely confirm more details about the upcoming game before the year ends.
Last December, the first trailer was officially unveiled for the title. Initially, the trailer was set to premiere on December 5. However, Rockstar was forced to release it early after footage of the trailer leaked online. This trailer confirmed the game would arrive on next-generation consoles, but a PC release was not mentioned at the time.
