6 Easter Eggs You Missed in the Grand Theft Auto VI Trailer

With a new trailer brings new surprises!

The eagerly awaited Grand Theft Auto VI trailer finally graced our screens recently. It revealed many action-packed sequences and a sneak peek into the immersive world gamers are about to explore. However, hidden within the trailer are subtle easter eggs that may have escaped notice. Let’s look at these details, making sense of the easter eggs in this Grand Theft Auto VI trailer.

Grand Theft Auto VI Trailer Easter Eggs – Patriot Beer

The Patriot Beer truck driving in the Grand Theft Auto VI trailer is an easter egg.

Early in the trailer, you might have noticed a Patriot Beer truck. To clarify, this brand has been consistently present throughout the series for avid GTA fans. In Grand Theft Auto IV, Patriot Beer is available at different dining establishments. Also, you can locate it within Rob’s Liquor, 24/7, and Limited Service stores in Grand Theft Auto V.

Perhaps fans can see this brand a bit more around GTAVI‘s world. After all, this would not be the first time that easter eggs like this have continued to be in Grand Theft Auto games. While this is a minor detail in the trailer, it is exciting nonetheless.

    Cheetah Sports Car

The VCPD Cheetah sports car in the Grand Theft Auto VI trailer is an easter egg.

The trailer showcases the Cheetah sports car, which keen observers might recognize as the VCPD Cheetah from GTA: Vice City. The VCPD Cheetah, in particular, is a law enforcement sports car. The Vice City Police Department’s Vice Squad division employed it. With flashing lights and sirens, this sports car attracts many players.

This car also appeared in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. However, the Vice City version has a more detailed interior than the GTA: Vice City Stories interpretation. On the other hand, this new version of the Cheetah seeks to sharpen its design, particularly in the back. Fans are sure to be excited to see the sports car’s return.

    Weazel News

The Weazel News logo in the Grand Theft Auto VI trailer is an easter egg.

A part of the trailer features a Weazel News broadcast, a consistent news outlet within the GTA universe. For fans of Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars, this news outlet was also in the game. Its first appearance, however, was in GTA: Liberty City Stories. It then grew to fame in Grand Theft Auto IV as it reported all the events happening in Liberty City.

It is interesting to see this news outlet as one of the Grand Theft Auto VI easter eggs. Now that it is in Vice City, Weazel News seems to have expanded its reach. It will be intriguing to see the outlet’s role in GTAVI‘s story.

Righteous Slaughter Appears as One of the Grand Theft Auto VI Easter Eggs

The Righteous Slaughter shirt in the Grand Theft Auto VI trailer is an easter egg.

Look closely, and you’ll spot a character in a “Righteous Slaughter” shirt. That is to say, his shirt references an FPS (First Person Shooter) game series from the Grand Theft Auto V universe. Misfire Games, the developer, created this shooting franchise for the EXsorbeo 720 console.

However, the Righteous Slaughter 7 game in GTAV is not playable in the game itself. Many fans have wanted Rockstar to make a game like this in real life. Perhaps Rockstar may make the new Righteous Slaughter game in GTAVI playable? Indeed, we will keep you updated with this information here at Final Weapon.

    Pißwasser Nein

The Pibwasser nein sign in the Grand Theft Auto VI trailer is an easter egg.

Towards the end of the trailer, a Pißwasser Nein sign appears. Moreover, it shows a few drinks on it, implying it is a drinking brand. Known as a racing muscle car in GTAV, its association with an in-game beverage brand adds a layer to the Pißwasser name.

In addition, Pißwasser is a German export lager. Radio and television extensively promote it in the Grand Theft Auto series. Moreover, GTAV players can invest in stocks from Pißwasser through the Bawsaq.com website.

    Pawn & Gun

Concluding, the easter egg hunt is the discovery of the classic Pawn & Jewelry sign into a gun sign in GTA6. Once a pawn store offering loans in Grand Theft Auto V, it now caters to players’ firearms needs. It’s unclear whether Rockstar replaced this brand or if it is an extension of the “Pawn” series. Nonetheless, this is an excellent addition to the game.

Grand Theft Auto VI’s Easter Eggs & Rockstar’s Promise

In essence, the Grand Theft Auto VI trailer isn’t just a visual feast of adrenaline-pumping action. The trailer intricately decorates with nods to the series’ rich history. From Patriot Beer to the Pawn & Gub, each easter egg is a testament to the developers’s detailed craftsmanship. As fans eagerly await the game’s release, these hidden gems serve as a promise.
