Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising revealed the patch notes for update 1.60 on the game’s official website. This patch contains bug fixes, changes to the ranked match system, and quality of life changes to training mode. Version 1.50 already introduced major changes to the game recently, so the developers wanted to keep changes shorter this time around.
Additionally, Vikala is the latest DLC character arriving to this patch. Check out what she brings with her below:
- Vikala Premium Avatar.
- A music track, weapon skins, badges, titles, card design, sticker, weapon cutout, Figure Studio poses, and expressions for Vikala (Vikala must be unlocked as a playable character to access these features, except stickers).
- Vikala added to the Rupie Shop under Special Content (Purchases made via the Special Content tab do not come with a bonus serial code).
- A new illustration, Versusia (Extra Ver.), has been added to the Rupie Shop under Character Illustrations.
- (PS5/PS4 only) Vikala Purchase Bonus added to the Serial Codes screen in the Options menu.

Moreover, it’s been confirmed that Character Pass 2 DLC will begin to release in winter, with Sandalphon being the first DLC character for the pass. An exact release date for Sandalphon will be announced at a later date.
Lastly, Cygames announced the beginning of Arc World Tour 2024. This World Tour is happening for both online and offline GBVSR tournaments. Moreover, many tournaments will take place for this World Tour compared to the Arc World Tour 2023.
