Developer Game Science announced that soulslike action RPG Black Myth: Wukong is getting a physical release for PlayStation 5. The developers note that the master disc for Black Myth: Wukong on PS5 is ready, meaning that production of physical copies is underway.
PM Studios will distribute the physical release, which comes with a Deluxe Edition voucher. The voucher includes the following content:
- Weapon: Bronzecloud Staff
- Equipment: Folk Opera Mask, Folk Opera Almsgiving Armor, Folk Opera Leather Bracers, and Folk Opera Buskins
- Curio: Wind Chimes
- Selected Digital Soundtrack
Black Myth: Wukong sales surpassed 18 million units shortly after the game’s launch. A new expansion is currently in development, and its expected to release in early 2025. A subsequent expansion and Xbox Series X|S version are planned to release later in 2025.
