Sony Interactive Entertainment and SHIFT UP released Stellar Blade update 01.007.000 with a number of new features and improvements. The update also brings back the Summer Event content, which was previously only available for a limited-time.
Going forward, Stellar Blade players may enjoy the Summer Event content whenever they want, thanks to update 01.007.000. Players can now set favorites on EVE’s equipment, and “visual improvements” have been made to the way EVE’s body reacts to gear she’s wearing, along with her own movement.
Patch notes for the update are available below, via Stellar Blade’s Twitter account:
- You can still enjoy the “Summer Event” at the Oasis by turning on/off the summer event content toggle.
- The summer event BGM (Don’t Forget Me) is now available at the camp.
- You can mark pins on the map by pressing □ button on the map.
- You can use favorites feature on EVE’s equipment.
- New item “Ammo Package” is now available for purchase, which allows you to stock up on all ammunitions to max at once.
- Purchase confirmation pop-up will be shown when spending over 15,000 golds to prevent any unintentional spend.
- Visual improvements of conflicts between EVE’s body.
- Various other bug fixes.
Fans may also look forward to a new collaboration DLC with Square Enix’s NieR: Automata. It will release before the end of the year. The Photo Mode update and new DLC were also shown at State of Play, alongside the release of the Stellar Blade original soundtrack on streaming platforms, including Apple Music.
Stellar Blade launched on April 26, 2024 worldwide, exclusively for PlayStation 5. A PC version is reportedly planned. A Stellar Blade sequel is also planned, and SHIFT UP is working on an all-new game as well.
