Toei Animation released a new trailer for the Dragon Ball Daima anime, confirming that Stephanie Nadolny will return as the English voice of Goku. The English dub will premiere on November 10, 11, and 12 across theaters in the US, with distribution by Fathom Events.
The English sub of Dragon Ball Daima premieres on October 11 the same day as the launch of Dragon Ball Sparking! ZERO. Crunchyroll will stream Dragon Ball Daima that same day in North America, Central America, South America, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Indian subcontinent and Southeast Asia.
The first episode broadcast will be extended by 10 minutes, making it a lengthy season premiere. Dragon Ball Daima’s opening theme song is “Jaka Jaan” by Zedd featuring C&K. Yukinojo Mori composed the song’s lyrics. Mori is known for creating some of the franchise’s most iconic songs, including “CHA-LA HEAD-CHA-LA” and “Limit Break x Survivor.” Ai will perform the Dragon Ball Daima ending theme song “NAKAMA,” which is composed and produced by Zedd.
Showtaro Morikubo, Junya Enoki, and Yoko Hikasa voice Gomah, Degesu, and Dr. Arinsu in Dragon Ball Daima, respectively. They will join Yumiko Kobayashi as Supreme Kai (Mini), Kōki Uchiyama as Giorio, and Fairouz Ai as Panzy.
On October 6, the Dragon Ball Daimatsuri event will have an advance screening for Dragon Ball Daima episode 1. The event will also feature demo booths for Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO, Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle, Dragon Ball Legends, and the digital card game Dragon Ball Super Divers.
Dragon Ball Daima is the last major anime work that Dragon Ball creator Akira Toriyama was involved in before his untimely passing. Goku, Vegeta, Supreme Kai, and the rest of the iconic crew are turned into children, prompting them to embark on a new adventure.
