ATLUS announced the fifth Metaphor: ReFantazio ATLUS Exclusive Showcase livestream will be held on August 29 at 8:00 a.m. ET / August 29 at 9:00 p.m. JST. During the Metaphor: ReFantazio ATLUS Exclusive Showcase, director Katsura Hashino will reveal more details about the game’s world and journey progression. The showcase will be streamed on ATLUS’ official YouTube channel.

Recently, ATLUS revealed the English voice cast for Metaphor: ReFantazio, confirming that the protagonist will have a speaking role. Metaphor: ReFantazio is also part of Xbox @ Gamescom 2024, with an on-site demo booth and a voice actor interview with Stewart Clarke and Kristin Atherton.
Metaphor: ReFantazio players must strike enemy weaknesses to gain additional turns in command battles, similarly to the press turn system in Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance. This may be achieved by equipping one out of 40 Archetypes, analyzing foes, and striking weaknesses to gain additional turn.
Metaphor: ReFantazio will launch on October 11 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and Windows (Microsoft Store).
