During Anime NYC 2024, Aniplex of America announced that the Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai and Rascal Does Not Dream of a Dreaming Girl anime will receive an English dub. A new trailer for the Rascal Does Not Dream English dubs were released, alongside confirmation of its English dub cast members.

The Rascal Does Not Dream series is led by CloverWorks, a subsidiary of Aniplex. The studio first released the TV anime Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai in 2018, followed by the Rascal Does Not Dream of Dreaming Girl movie in 2019. The series did not receive any further adaptations until last year when two films were released to cover the Sister Venturing Out and Knapsack Kid arcs.
Rascal Does Not Dream of Santa Claus, the second season of the series, will premiere in 2025. A studio has yet to be announced, but it’s most assuredly CloverWorks who will handle the project.
