Capcom announced its Gamescom 2024 lineup and activities featuring Monster Hunter Wilds, Street Fighter 6, Ace Attorney Investigations Collection, Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess, and Monster Hunter Now.
Firstly, the Capcom show floor at Gamescom 2024 will have over 60 playable demo stations for Monster Hunter Wilds. Monster Hunter series producer Ryozo Tsujimoto, executive director and art director Kaname Fujioka, and director Yuya Tokuda will be present to deliver more information about the game at Capcom’s Gamescom stage. The full game will launch in 2025 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
A hands-on demo of Street Fighter 6 DLC guest character Terry Bogard will be available at the booth. Terry Bogard, SNK and Fatal Fury’s Legendary Hungry Wolf, will be available to purchase individually with Fighter Coins or unlocked with the Year 2 Character and Ultimate Passes this fall.
The Capcom booth will also have a demo for the Ace Attorney Investigations Collection, which releases on September 6. As previously announced Ace Attorney Investigations Collection includes both Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth and Ace Attorney Investigations 2: Prosecutor’s Gambit.
Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess will also be playable on the show floor. Moreover, Capcom is teaming up with Niantic to feature Monster Hunter Now area. This area celebrates the game’s first anniversary. Attendees can try a Monster Hunter Now-themed AR Camera activation and participate in a special quest on Gamescom’s EPIX platform for a chance to win new prizes.
