The Dragon Ball Daima anime will air on Fuji TV in Japan this fall. Dragon Ball Daima will honor the tradition of the original Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, and Dragon Ball GT anime series by airing on the same network. The exact time slot and premiere date have not been announced yet, but announcements are expected to come at the Dragon Ball Special Exhibition during San Diego Comic Con 2024.
Dragon Ball Daima is the last major anime work that Dragon Ball creator Akira Toriyama was involved in before his untimely passing. Goku, Vegeta, Supreme Kai, and the rest of the iconic crew are turned into children, prompting them to embark on a new adventure. The anime is expected to explore the aftermath of Demon King Dabura’s death as new demons attempt to take the throne.
