Blumhouse has revealed six new indie games as part of their new Blumhouse Games initiative. The games will release across consoles, PC, and mobile devices.
Blumhouse is known for movies such as M3GAN, the recent Five Nights At Freddy’s movie adaptation, Sinister, The Purge, Get Out, Paranormal Activity. With their new initiative, they will be stepping into the world of video games.
Blumhouse Games Established, Reveals Six New Games
Blumhouse has revealed their new Blumhouse Games initiative. In a recent trailer, they showed off six indie games they have given a platform to: Fear the Spotlight by Cozy Game Palls, Crisol: Theater of Idols by Vermila, Grave Seasons from Perfect Garbage, SLEEP AWAKE from EYES OUT, The Simulation from Playmestudio, and Project C from Half Mermaid. Further, the games will be available across consoles, mobile devices, and PC. Websites for all of the games mentioned above are also now open. Check out the trailer below:
About Summer Game Fest 2024
Hosted by The Game Awards showrunner Geoff Keighley, Summer Game Fest 2024 is the destination for some of the year’s biggest game reveals. The showcase features several announcements from ATLUS, Remedy Entertainment, Capcom, and many more partners. This weekend kicks off one of the biggest gaming celebrations of the year, with many presentations set to air sometime from now to Tuesday. Later today, the Day of the Devs 2024: Summer Game Fest Edition presentation will air, followed by an all-new Devolver Direct showcase. Saturday will bring more presentations like Wholesome Direct and Future Games Show.
Afterward, Sunday will mark the first look at Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 in the Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Direct. This will immediately follow the Xbox Games Showcase, which will likely bring reveals of many new titles. Lastly, Ubisoft Forward will end of SGF 2024 on Monday.
