Bandai Namco released multiple new screenshots for Dragon Ball Sparking ZERO depicting playable characters Caulifla, Kale and Kefla. These characters are joined by Gotenks, Goten (Kid), Trunks (Kid), and more revealed characters in this new Budokai Tenkaichi entry.
Earlier this month, an issue of V-Jump revealed several new Dragon Ball Sparking ZERO characters, including Gotenks, Caulifia, and Kale. So far, only a fraction of Dragon Ball Sparking ZERO’s vast roster has been revealed, with the full roster potentially having over 160 characters. Players may also look forward to a 5v5 mode in the upcoming title.

The latest round of Dragon Ball Sparking ZERO screenshots show Caulifla, Kale and Kefla from Dragon Ball Super and more specifically, the Tournament of Power arc. Check it out below, via the game’s official Twitter account:




Gameplay for Caulifla, Kale, Kefla, and other characters is expected to be shown soon in an upcoming trailer.
Dragon Ball Sparking ZERO brings a “historic” roster of characters, including newer fan-favorites from Dragon Ball Super. Thanks to Unreal Engine 5, Dragon Ball Sparking ZERO features incredible visuals, dynamic effects, and in-game weather changes when transforming or charging ki.
Executive producer Akio Iyoku is committed to 10 more years of Dragon Ball anime and games, which includes the new Dragon Ball Daima anime and Dragon Ball Sparking! ZERO game. Dragon Ball Daima will premiere in fall 2024 on Fuji TV.
Lastly, Dragon Ball: Sparking ZERO is coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. A release date has not been announced, however.
