Blizzard and the Overwatch 2 team have released a brand-new skin for Hanzo that will assist in funding the prize pool for DreamHack Dallas. This year, DreamHack Dallas is set to host the 2024 OWCS (Overwatch Championship Series) Dallas Major. This major is set to take place from May 31 to June 2.
This Azure Flame Hanzo skin will assist in funding this prize pool, with 25% of revenue from all item sales going towards the big event. This skin can be purchased on its own or through the new Azure Flame Hanzo bundle, which contains the following items:
- Azure Flame Hanzo Skin
- Azure Moon Name Card
- Azure Flame Player Icon
- Azure Guardian Spray
- Dragon Guardian Weapon Charm
You can only purchase the bundle through June 3, so be sure to grab it while you can! The inspiration and aesthetic of this skin are inspired by Owerwatch’s eSports competitors. It was designed by TB Choi, who aimed for players “to feel like they could sweep their enemies away like a storm and overwhelm those in front of them with intense force.”
