SEGA and Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio announced “Minato Girls Audition” applications for the next Like a Dragon game are now open in Japan. Like previous casting calls, the Minato Girls Audition will determine female cast members for the game.
On a recent episode of RGG Studio TV, series director Masayoshi Yokoyama shared a brief tidbit about the next Like a Dragon game, confirming that cast auditions were imminent. Yokoyama also confirms that the next game will not be Yakuza Kiwami 3, but he believes the remake will happen “sooner or later.”
Minato Girls Audition Opening Soon for Next Like a Dragon Game
Applications for the Like a Dragon Minato Girls Audition are available now until May 31 at 23:59 p.m. JST. Applicants must live in Japan and be at least 20 years old to qualify. Those who pass the document screening will be contacted by RGG Studio by June 14 to audition for the Minato Girls, who will appear in the new Like a Dragon game. They will have a change to appear in CG and live-action scenes and participate in promotional activities.
Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth patch 1.18 was released this past March with free celebratory t-shirts featuring designs from Yakuza: Like a Dragon, Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name, and more. These t-shirts celebrate the latest sales milestone for Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth at over one million copies sold. Patch 1.20 also fixed some lingering issues from patch 1.18.
