A new trailer for the Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy Season 2 anime series previews the ending theme song for the second cour. Fans can watch the second season’s first cour on Crunchyroll.
Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy, or Journey in an Alternate World Guided by the Moon, is a novel series that started in 2012. A light novel adaptation released in 2013, with a anime adaptation premiering in 2015. The novel series, written by Kei Azumi, is still ongoing to this day.

The latest trailer confirms that Kaori Maeda will perform the ending theme song “Jōshikihazure Human” (Eccentric Human) for the second cour of Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy Season 2. As previously announced, Syudou performs the opening theme song, “Reversal.” In addition, a new key visual was released on the anime’s official website.

Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy Season 1 and the first cour of Season 2 are streaming right now on Crunchyroll. A release date for the second cour has not been announced yet. 12 episodes are expected to release in the second cour.

Makoto Misumi was just an average teenager who suddenly was summoned to another world as a “hero.” But the goddess of this world called him ugly and took his hero status away from him, then sent him to the ends of the world. He meets dragons, spiders, orcs, dwarves, and many other non-human races in the wastelands.
Makoto manages to show promise in the use of magic and fighting, which he wouldn’t have been able to do in his former world. He has numerous encounters, but will he be able to survive this new world?
