Subbed release coming out on March 31, dubbed on April 1.

Bandai Namco Filmworks have announced that the Gundam SEED Freedom film will come to the US in Late March/Early April. Specifically, the subbed release of the film will premiere in both New York and Los Angeles on March 31, while the dubbed version will premiere in both regions on April 1. It is currently unknown if the film will be available in other areas throughout the country.

Mobile Suit Gundam SEED: Freedom is the long-awaited sequel to the SEED Destiny anime series. The original series ran from 2004-2005. The new movie will pick up right from where SEED Destiny left off with Kira Yamato and Lacus Clyne serving as the two main characters once more. A few weeks after the film’s release in Japan, the film had already passed 3.1 billion yen. The dubbed cast for the film is still, for the most part, unknown.
