TOHO Animation is now streaming the fourth official trailer for the upcoming Kaiju No. 8 anime series, confirming an April 13 premiere date. The new trailer also reveals the opening and ending theme songs for Kaiju No. 8 by YUNGBLUD and OneRepublic respectively. More new cast members were revealed as well.
The Kaiju No. 8 manga by Naoya Matsumoto entered serialization in Manga Plus in 2020, and it’s still ongoing with a cult following backing its success. Ahead of Jump Festa 2024, the anime’s staff revealed a new key visual for Kaiju No. 8, with the promise of more information on the horizon. Of course, more information came at the Jump Festa 2024 stage, including the third official trailer.

The fourth official trailer for the Kaiju No. 8 anime confirms the April 13 premiere on TV Tokyo, Crunchyroll, and X (Twitter). YUNGBLUD performs the opening theme song “ABYSS,” and OneRepublic performs the theme song “Nobody.” In addition, more cast members for the anime series were revealed.
