New Xbox Hardware & Controller Options Coming Holiday 2024

    The leaked refreshes seem accurate.

It seems that Xbox will have both new hardware and new controller options available for consumers this Holiday season. While it might be surprising to hear about a new Xbox console coming in 2024, it lines up with previous leaks. At today’s Business Update event, President of Xbox Sarah Bond said the following:

“…And we actually have more creators right now building for Xbox than ever before, thousands of them, by nature of those investments. And we got more to come. There’s some exciting stuff coming out in hardware that we’re going to share this holiday.

And we’re also invested in the next generation roadmap. And what we’re really focused on there is delivering the largest technical leap you will have ever seen in a hardware generation, which makes it better for players and better for creators and the visions that they’re building.”

This is in line with the leaked console and controller that came out of the FTC case for the Activision Blizzard merger. The leaked specs of both the Xbox Series X All-Digital refresh and the “Sebile” Xbox Controller can be found below. You can also read more on these new devices from last September’s leak here.
