ATLUS and Vanillaware released a new “Josef’s Guide” trailer for tactical fantasy RPG Unicorn Overlord that introduces the basics of training, including classes, promotions, and axuillary stages. Like previous Unicorn Overlord trailers, the latest trailer is narrated by Josef, the protagonist’s mentor.
This March, Vanillaware fans experience the “rebirth” of tactical fantasy RPGs in Unicorn Overlord. Alain, protagonist and prince of Cornia, is chosen to lead the Liberation Army and return peace to Fevrith. The Liberation Army can benefit from training and being promoted to even stronger classes.
Unicorn Overlord ‘Josef’s Guide to Training’ Trailer
The Unicorn Overlord “Josef’s Guide to Training” trailer highlights character classes, promotions, trading items, and much more. Classes and promotions will ensure that Alain’s army may employ a deeper range of tactics. Auxiliary Stages may help the army gain valuable training items that ensure sustained growth as well.

RPG fans who enjoyed the music from the trailer may look forward to the Unicorn Overlord original soundtrack, which releases on March 8 in Japan. The soundtrack includes a 4-CD set, which includes the opening and ending theme songs. Mitsuhiro Kaneda and Basiscape are composing the soundtrack for Unicorn Overlord. What’s more, the Unicorn Overlord original soundtrack cover art is drawn by Vanillaware illustrator Emika Kida.
