Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth Sujimon & Sujimancer Job Detailed

    Gotta catch 'em all!

SEGA and Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio revealed new details about Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth regarding Sujimon and the Sujimancer job! Players may strive to the Sujimon Master by battling these strange creatures in Hawaii, taking on Sujimon raids, and battling the region’s elite trainers.

Shortly after landing in Honolulu, Hawaii, Ichiban gets in serious trouble. Fortunately, Kazuma Kiryu comes to save him from a long-term stay in jail. While adventuring in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, players may experience new substories, level up Ichiban’s personality stats and bonds, and become a Sujimon Master.

Become a Sujimon Master in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth

In Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, Ichiban may collect Sujimon once more and aim to be the top Sujimon Master. Participate in 3-on-3 competitions and lead Ichiban’s Sujimon to victory. Ichiban can befriend various Sujimon of Hawaii to create a powerful team. Battle fierce trainers and defeat the Discreet Four to become the Sujimon Master.

A Sujimon storyline is available in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, and making enough progress in the storyline unlocks the new Sujimancer job. As a Sujimancer, Ichiban may equip Sujimon and summon them in battle. The more powerful the Sujimon, the stronger Ichiban’s Sujimancer skills will be.

After finishing a battle, Ichiban may occasionally have the opportunity to recruit a Sujimon. Gifting them a Suji Gift raises the chances of successful recruitment. Recruiting Sujimon is vital, since Ichiban will require powerful allies to take on limited-time Sujimon Raids. Defeating Sujimon in Sujimon Raids will guarantee a chance to recruit them.

Players may also try their luck in Sujimon Gacha. Various Sujimon Gacha spots exist in Hawaii, allowing Ichiban to use cash or gacha tickets to obtain Sujimon.

    The Art of Sujimon Battle

Sujimon have five different types with unique affinities. Find a team with the strategy and synergies that suit your play style to come out on top. Players may choose to have a balanced team, but they could also work toward having a highly specialized team that targets very specific Sujimon weaknesses. In addition, Ichiban may boost Sujimon morale in battle with strategic commands and unleash special attacks to secure victory.

Some of the Sujimon in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth include:

    • Freakalele – Soothes his allies with the timbre of his beloved ukulele, and occasionally wields it as a blunt instrument. A healer Sujimon who spends his winnings on ukulele repairs.

    • Dosukoi Gigantes – A super-heavyweight fighter whose physique not unlike an iron wall gives off an air of dignity to any who behold him. Despite his appearance, his movements are sharp, with a powerful spinning kick serving as his special attack.

Ichiban may strengthen, awaken, and evolve Sujimon as well. Give Sujimon some Sujimunch, a nutritional drink, to build their strength. Awakening will occur if players feed a Sujimon another of their same species, unlocking their potential and enhancing their stats. Repeatedly awakening the same Sujimon will push them to their limit and evolve into a new Sujimon.
