    Jujutsu Kaisen Culling Game Arc Will Be Adapted Into Anime

    The entirety of JJK Season 2 is now available to stream.

    TOHO Animation and MAPPA confirm that the Jujutsu Kaisen anime series will continue with an adaptation of the “Culling Game” arc! A brand-new teaser trailer has been revealed as well. 

    During Jump Festa 2024, Jujutsu Kaisen creator and author Gege Akutami teased that the manga could end before the next Jump Festa event. Fortunately, the anime still has a lot of ground the cover, with Season 2 having just wrapped up the Shibuya Incident arc. The anime will continue with the Culling Game arc in what appears to be the third season. 

    Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 Anime ‘Culling Game’ Arc

    Following the release of Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 episode 23, the anime’s official website received a major update, confirming the Culling Game arc adaptation. The website notes that this is a “sequel” to the ongoing Jujutsu Kaisen anime, so it will likely be referred to as the third season in a future update. MAPPA will continue to animate the series, despite concerns by fans regarding the studio’s work culture. A premiere date for the anime has not been revealed.

    Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 – Shibuya Incident Arc is complete, with all episodes now available to stream on Crunchyroll. The first five episodes of Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 were dedicated to the Premature Death / Hidden Inventory arc. Moreover, all 24 episodes of the first season and the Jujutsu Kaisen 0 movie are available to stream on the service as well. 

    Lastly, fans may look forward to Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash, a new 2v2 arena fighter game featuring iconic characters from the popular anime and manga series. Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash will release on February 2, 2024 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.

    Yuji Itadori is a boy with tremendous physical strength, though he lives a completely ordinary high school life.
