HoYoverse released a new character demo trailer highlighting Navia, a new playable character making her debut in Genshin Impact Version 4.3! Navia bears a Geo vision, and she’s in charge of the Spina di Rosula.
Genshin Impact Version 4.3 releases tomorrow, December 20, as the game’s last major update of 2023. Version 4.3 includes limited-time events, all-new playable characters, and improved features as players continue their exploration of the Fontaine region. Players can also expect quality-of-life improvements for the game across all platforms.

Navia join the playable character roster of Genshin Impact in Version 4.3, with the new “In the Name of the Rosula” event wish on December 20. Navia is a 5-star Geo claymore wielder and the president of Spina di Rosula. As her official title suggests, she fires”Rosula Shardshots” from a gunbrella. The number of shots fired is determined by an accumulation of Crystal Shrapnel from Elemental Shards or an Elemental Burst. What’s more Navia’s Elemental Burst deals solid AOE Geo damage by bombarding her enemies.

Players may also look forward to several new events happening in Genshin Impact Version 4.3 phase 1, including “Roses and Muskets.” In this new limited-time event, a variety of mini-games will be available, including “Thousand-Pace Interdiction Arcminute Sharpshooting Zone,” “Trick Shots, Tricky Lights,” “Xtreme Drive,” and “Into the Frame.” Complete these mini-games to earn exclusive rewards such as the Ultimate Overlord’s Mega Magic Sword (claymore). Additional rewards include Crown of Insight, Hero’s Wit, Primogems, and Mystic Enhancement Ore.
Version 4.3 is divided into two phases, so players can expect more new events in mid-January 2024. For example, reruns of the Raiden Shogun and Yoimiya event wishes will happen sometime in phase 2.
Genshin Impact is available now for Android, iOS, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Windows and Epic Games Store. HoYoverse is currently developing a Nintendo Switch version of Genshin Impact.
