Disney Plus and Kojima Productions has announced that Hideo Kojima – Connecting Worlds will premiere on Disney Plus in spring 2024. The film is a documentary dedicated to the prolific video game director, and will focus on Death Stranding and Kojima Productions’ independence.
Hideo Kojima is easily one of the most beloved and iconic game directors in the entire medium. He has worked on several different franchises while working on Konami. However, his main accomplishment is the work on the Metal Gear Solid franchise. Recently, during The Game Awards 2023, he announced his work on a new game with Xbox Game Studios: OD. A release date for both it and DS2 is unknown.

Both Kojima Productions and Disney Plus has announced that a documentary dedicated to Hideo Kojima will come to the service in spring 2024. The film, titled Hideo Kojima – Connecting Worlds, will be directed and filmed by Glen Milner. Disney has released a trailer and poster for the series. Check out the trailer below:
