Netflix has revealed the first official clip for Season 3 of Sonic Prime. The entire third season will premiere at some point in 2024.
Sonic Prime is a new cartoon/anime set in the world of the beloved blue blur. The series has its own original story that tosses Sonic and his many allies into a journey across the multiverse. The first two seasons are available now on Netflix.
Sonic Prime Season 3 New Footage
The first clip for Sonic Prime Season 3 hints that the season will pick up right where Season 2 left off. Sonic must reason with his Nine, who is now a shadow of his best friend, Tails. Shadow and Sonic work together to defeat several of Nine’s robots. Check out the first clip below:
Season 3 will likely mark the last eight episodes of the series. When SEGA initially announced the series in 2022, they indicated that 24 episodes would be created. So far, sixteen are available, leaving only eight more. It is unknown if the series will continue after the third season.
