Dotemu has announced that a free update for Windjammers 2 is available now. It adds crossplay, new characters, modes, and more. The game is available on all consoles.
Dotemu released Windjammers 2 in January 2022. The game is a long-anticipated sequel to the 1994 Neo Geo sports game. It features players trying to compete against others as they throw discs at each other in a tennis-like setting. Both the original game and the sequel are available on modern consoles.

The latest update for Windjammers 2 adds the following:
- Two new characters
- Android Jamma GX03
- Polish Anna Szalinski
- Two new modes
- Lessons: a tutorial mode
- Practice: a mode that allows players to test their moves against a CPU
- Crossplay
- Full lobbies
