Arc System Works and Cygames have released a new gameplay trailer for Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising playable character Grimnir. This character was previously shown at EVO 2023 alongside a new Free Edition of Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising.
During the August 6 EVO 2023 main stage event, Cygames creative director Tetsuya Fukuhara revealed Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising will release on November 30. In addition, a “Free Edition” will be available with limited features alongside the Standard and Deluxe Editions. Nearly a month later, Cygames have revealed more gameplay of Grimnir before the game’s launch this November.
Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising Grimnir Gameplay
The latest character trailer for Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising highlights nearly a minute and a half of gameplay footage for Grimnir. He will be available in the base roster of Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising when it launches in November 30. Fans can expect several DLC characters to release after the game’s launch, and guest characters are being considered.

Grimnir can command the winds to advance across the battlefield in multiple directions and shift the trajectory of his projectiles at will. By utilizing his superior mobility options, he can rush down foes and oppress them with attacks from every angle.

More information will be revealed at the Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising and Granblue Fantasy: Relink News Show on September 16. A few months later, Granblue Fantasy Fes 2023 will be held on December 23 and December 24. This year’s annual event will be held in the iconic Tokyo Big Sight Exhibition Center instead of the Makuhari Messe.
Finally, Granblue Fantasy is available now for Android, iOS, and web browsers. Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising launches in 2023 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam. Granblue Fantasy: Relink launches on to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam.
