SEGA has officially announced Football Manager 2024. The game will release on November 6, 2023, for all current consoles, mobile devices, and PC.
Football Manager 2024 is the 20th entry in the franchise. The most recent entry, Football Manager 2023, was released last year. The upcoming game will include many new quality-of-life updates and be accessible to all audiences.
Football Manager 24 Releasing in November
Football Manager 2024 features many new innovative features for the series. For one, players can transfer their career progress over from Football Manager 2023, regardless of what console they played it on. New recruitment features will also allow players to enjoy the thrill of managing their Football team.
The game will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S (and Game Pass), PC, Mac, iOS, Android, Nintendo Switch, and, for the first time, Netflix. Fans who pre-order the game digitally can get a 10% discount and early access to the game.
In a statement, Sports Interactive’s Studio Director Miles Jacobson said:
“Having seen FM23 hit the incredible, record-breaking milestone of six million players last month, I’m proud to be confirming today the release of Football Manager 2024,” said Sports Interactive’s Studio Director Miles Jacobson. “FM24 is the 20th game in the Football Manager series and it’s a love letter to football. It’s the closing of this chapter of our history and the most complete version we’ve ever produced.
Jacobson continued, “Having been part of the SEGA family for two decades, the whole team are thrilled to be releasing in Japan and including Japanese language for the first time. That debut, plus the fact more than 230 million people around the world will now have access to our already popular Mobile series through their Netflix memberships, means we’re tremendously excited about the potential for our player base to keep growing.
“Our June Development Update blog showcased the studio’s drive for greater transparency and that continues with our feature roadmap at the end of today’s announcement trailer. Keep your eyes out for those feature blogs, as well as further development updates touching on new partnerships.”
