HoYoverse released two new trailers for Honkai: Star Rail featuring Kafka, the first playable trial character in the main story and new addition to Version 1.2. Players will be able to summon her from a new Event Warp, which HoYoverse also detailed at length.
In the story of Honkai: Star Rail, Kafka appears on the Herta Space Station to combat enemies that have breached the area. She also makes contact with the protagonist of Honkai: Star Rail before leaving. She makes her return as playable character that may be summoned to the player’s party in Version 1.2.
Kafka Comes to Honkai: Star Rail
Five-star Lightning character Kafka may be summoned from the Nessun Dorma Event Warp from August 9 to August 29 in Honkai: Star Rail Version 1.2. Luka, Sampo, and Serval will be the focused four-star characters for the new Event Warp. Luka will be available in Version 1.3 Event Warps once the banner ends. Additionally, Kafka’s Light Cone, Patience Is All You Need (Nihility), will be available from the Brilliant Fixation Event Warp. Players may also try out the “Aptitude Showcase” Character Trial to test out Kafka in combat once more and earn some Stellar Jades.

Keeping Up With Star Rail
HoYoverse will head to Gamescom 2023 later this month with an official booth and “a full range of exhilarating activities.” Genshin Impact fans may visit “A Journey Through the Elements” display at the HoYoverse booth. Fans may celebrate the world of Tevyat through various stage shows, musical performances, and competitions. Further, Honkai: Star Rail, Zenless Zone Zero, and Honkai Impact 3rd will also be showcased at the annual event.
Finally, Honkai: Star Rail is available now for Android, iOS, and PC via Epic Games Store. A PlayStation 5 version of Honkai: Star Rail is currently in development with a Q4 2023 release window.
