    Atelier Resleriana Announced for Android, iOS, and PC

    A new Atelier story will soon begin.

    Koei Tecmo have announced Atelier Resleriana: Forgotten Alchemy & the Liberator of Polar Night, a brand-new mobile title in the long-running Atelier series. The title is being developed by Akatsuki Games, the studio behind Dragon Ball Z: Dokkan Battle and Romancing SaGa Re;UniverSe.

    Atelier Resleriana: Forgotten Alchemy & the Liberator of Polar Night was announced during the New Atelier Series Presentation live stream on YouTube. The new title is Koei Tecmo’s first mobile Atelier title since Atelier Online: Alchemist of Bressisle, which ended service in the west almost exactly a year ago.

    In the story of Atelier Resleriana: Forgotten Alchemy & the Liberator of Polar Night, alchemy has long died out in the Kingdom of Lantana. Resna, the protagonist, wants to spread the joy of alchemy to the world once more. She will embark on a journey to discover “The Continent of the End” where secrets about Alchemy lie.

    The official website for Atelier Resleriana is now live, revealing the staff for the game. Takahiro is handling story drafting, series composition, and scenario supervision. Atelier series supervisor Shinichi Yoshiike will oversee the new project, and Umiugeso and tokki serve as character designers.

    Atelier Resleriana will launch in 2023 in Japan for Android, iOS, and PC. However, a worldwide release has not been announced. Pre-registration is now live in Japan at the official website.

    The story is set in Lantana, a kingdom that prospered long ago through alchemy. However, alchemy has since died out and been forgotten from people’s memories.

    The protagonist Resna dreamed of spreading the forgotten alchemy to the world once again. Her adventure begins as she sets out for the legendary land “The Continent of the End,” where the clues she seeks are said to lie.
