Bandai Namco and CyberConnect2 revealed new details about Naruto x Boruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections and returning characters Sarada, Mitsuki, and Momoshiki. These characters were previously seen in the Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 Road to Boruto and the Boruto: Naruto Next Generations anime and manga.
Naruto x Boruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections players may look forward to reliving iconic scenes from Naruto and Naruto Shippuden in a massive story mode. The new title also includes an all-new original story mode starring Boruto Uzumaki and his companions. Additionally, upcoming Ultimate Ninja Storm title features brand-new playable characters including Naruto Uzumaki (Baryon Mode), Sasuke Uchiha (Supporting Kage), Indra Otsutsuki, Ashura Otsutsuki, Kawaki, and Jigen. Several characters from the Ultimate Ninja Storm series return to make up the franchise’s largest roster ever.
Sarada, Mitsuki, and Momoshiki Return in Naruto x Boruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections
Sarada Uchiha, Mitsuki, and Momoshiki Otsutsuki will each return with revamped Awakening and Secret Techniques (also known as Ultimate Jutsu) in Naruto x Boruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections. Several new screenshots for these characters were revealed alongside new Naruto x Boruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections gameplay footage.

Bandai Namco also confirms that Naruto x Boruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections is playable at Jump Victory Carnival 2023 in Osaka on July 29. Attendees will have access to 18 characters at the game’s booth. Those who try out the hands-on demo will also receive a mini acrylic stand.

Before the launch of the new game, Naruto fans may now read a new one-shot manga starring Minato Namikaze by series creator Masashi Kishimoto. The one-shot manga delves into the secret story behind the signature ninjutsu of Minato Namikaze.
Lastly, Naruto x Boruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections launches in 2023 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
