    Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis Will Be Playable at Comic-Con 2023

    Square Enix revealed its San Diego Comic-Con 2023 plans for Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis, the upcoming mobile remake of the original Final Fantasy VII compliation. Fans will be able to celebrate the new title with several activities and a playable Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis demo at Comic-Con 2023.

    Previously, the Ever Crisis closed beta test was held from July 7 to 14, allowing Android users to sample a portion of the upcoming game. Pre-registrations are still live with several pre-launch rewards up for grabs. Although the closed beta test is over, Final Fantasy VII fans will have another opportunity to play the game soon.

    Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis at Comic-Con 2023

    Square Enix will have its own booth (#3829) at Comic-Con 2023 featuring various activities and a playable demo of Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis. The new hands-on demo will include the game’s tutorial. After playing the demo, fans may have a commemorative photo taken with their choice of two backgrounds. One of the backgrounds includes the game’s official key art featuring Cloud Strife and Zack Fair, and the other background depicts the city of Midgar. Moreover, fans may take pictures with a life-sized Cloud Strife standee and recreation of the iconic Buster Sword.

    Square Enix will also host a cosplay gathering event on Saturday, July 22 at 4:00 p.m. PDT. Meet fellow Square Enix fans and cosplayers to participate in booth activities together during Comic-Con 2023. Attendees may also sign-up for giveaways on each day of the event. To enter these giveaways, attendees must show a Square Enix staff member on site that they’ve successfully pre-registered for the upcoming title.     Lastly, Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis is coming soon to Android and iOS. San Diego Comic-Con will be held from July 20 – 23 at the San Diego Exhibition Center.
