Netmarble announced a brand-new game based on the Shangri-La Frontier manga by Katarina is in development. The new game is simply titled Shangri-La Frontier, and a new trailer reveals more details about what fans can expect.
Shangri-La Frontier is a new mobile action game developed by Netmarble Nexus, an Seoul-based development studio and subsidiary of Netmarble. Netmarble Nexus is also known for developing the Seven Knights series, and it will lend its talents to developing the new manga title. According to the latest trailer, the new title will feature dynamic characters and action with “flashy skill scenes.” Thus far, the game’s voice cast includes Yuma Uchida as Sunraku and Rina Hidaka as Emul. Platforms and a release date have not been announced, but a mobile release is highly likely.
The official trailer description reads, “Experience the vast world of Shangri-La Frontier, transcendently recreated in-game with dynamic characters, flashy skill scenes, and action! Get excited for a world of fantasy and adventure brought to life by by Sunraku the kusoge (trash game) hunter in this kamige (amazing game)!”
