Spike Chunsoft celebrate the launch of Master Detective Archives: RAIN CODE with a brand-new DLC announcement. Master Detective Archives: RAIN CODE DLC 1 “Ch. Desuhiko: Charisma Killed the Cat” will launch on July 27 with a brand-new substory.
In the “Ch. Desuhiko: Charisma Killed the Cat” DLC scenario, Master Detective Archives: RAIN CODE players will directly control Desuhiko Thunderbolt. Although he’s too persistent in the pursuit of fame, Desuhiko is a skilled Master Detective that quickly becomes friends with Yuma Kokohead, the game’s protagonist. Desuhiko is able to use Disguise, a Forensic Forte that allows him to completely disguise himself as another person, regardless of the target’s appearance.
A new story starring Desuhiko will be told in the game’s first DLC launching on July 27. Master Detective Archives: RAIN CODE DLC 1 will be sold for $5.00, and the Season Pass is currently available now for $16.00. Season Pass owners save roughly $4.00 on a purchase of four DLC packs, which each contain a unique substory. Subsequent DLC packs will release in August, September, and October respectively.
The version 1.3.0 update for Master Detective Archives: RAIN CODE is available today alongside the full game. The new update introduces various adjustments and a “Launch to eShop” feature. Several improvements have been made to audio, in-game graphics, and text have been made.

In addition to disguising his clothes and face, his voice, height, and weight can also be changed, allowing him to match the target of disguise visually and psychologically.
