Marvelous and XSEED Games announced Ankake Spa-developed action RPG Touhou: New World launches on September 12 for PS4 and PS5. The PlayStation versions launch nearly two months after the initial release on Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam, which are slated for July 13.
The Touhou: New World digital standard edition will be sold for $24.99, and the Digital Deluxe Edition for PC will be sold for $34.77. Digital Deluxe Edition contents include the digital game, soundtrack, and artbook. These contents will also be sold separately on Steam with the digital soundtrack costing $9.99 and the digital artbook costing $4.99. Details about a physical release of Touhou: New World for Nintendo Switch, PS4, and PS5 were not revealed, however.

Touhou: New World returns players to Gensokyo, a supernatural world that both humans and the spirits known as youkai call home.
