Arc System Works, Eighting, and NEXON released a brand-new trailer for upcoming DNF Duel DLC character Spectre, revealing a July 2023 release window. The latest trailer highlights what fans can expect with their purchase of the DNF Duel Season Pass as well.
The new “Spectre Main Trailer” for DNF Duel highlights gameplay of the new DLC character. Spectre is a vengeful swordswoman with fast striking and high mobility skills. Spectre’s move-set is now incorporated into a 2D fighting game, and players will be able to test her out in July 2023. After roughly 20 seconds of new gameplay footage, Arc System Works began to reveal bonus content included with the character. DNF Duel players who own the Season Pass will receive DLC character Spectre, eight new color palettes, and a new lobby avatar.
After the release of Spectre, DNF Duel fans can expect more content well into 2024. A new DLC character launches in fall 2023, followed by another DLC character and an all-new DLC stage in winter. Moreover, players may look forward to two more DLC characters releasing sometime in 2024. Players will receive all of this new DLC content by purchasing the Season Pass.

Later this summer, fighting game fans may watch high-level tournament play during EVO 2023, which will be held from August 4 to 6 at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. The full main stage lineup of fighting games includes Street Fighter 6, Guilty Gear Strive , Dragon Ball FighterZ, Tekken 7, The King of Fighters XV, Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate, Melty Blood: Type Lumina, and Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3. Additionally, a pre-release tournament for Granblue Fantasy: Versus Rising will be held at EVO 2023, and more news about upcoming fighting games will be revealed.
Lastly, DNF Duel is available now for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam.
