Visual Arts and Key announced Ryukishi07’s “kinetic” visual novel LOOPERS launches on June 27 for PC via Steam. When They Cry creator Ryukishi07 served as scenario writer for LOOPERS with illustrator Kei Mochizuki creating visuals for the game. The Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 versions are currently available now.
The official Visual Arts Twitter account recently announced the June 27 release date for LOOPERS. The official LOOPERS Steam page is now live and confirms English, Simplified Chinese, and Japanese language options for the visual novel. Moreover, the Steam version features full Japanese audio, and language settings may be changed at any time during a playthrough.

Summary
Tyler is a high schooler with only one thing on his mind—geohunting (GPS-assisted scavenger hunts). One day, while absorbed in a hunt during summer vacation, he and his friends find themselves embroiled in a mysterious phenomenon. Fantasy and real life become intertwined. Is this the past or the present? Is it reality…or madness? Sucked into an abnormality known as the Temporal Spiral, Tyler and his friends are forced to relive the same day over and over. They soon meet others stuck in the same cycle. Along with the leader Simon and the mysterious Mia, this group call themselves the Loopers. Will Tyler and the others find a way out, or are they doomed to remain in this never-ending loop forever?
