    Dragon Ball FighterZ and Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Each Surpass 10 Million Copies Sold

    Bandai Namco announced Dragon Ball FighterZ and Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 have surpassed 10 million copies sold respectively for a combined total of 20 million in sales. To commemorate the announcement, Bandai Namco shared two new illustrations while introducing the new content coming soon to Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2

    Goku Day 2023 Update

    On Goku Day (May 9), Bandai Namco confirmed Dragon Ball FighterZ and Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 both topped 10 million copies sold. Various campaigns are now live in both titles, allowing players to earn extra rewards for their time well spent. Players may log into both games to receive updates on the Goku Day celebration period. Additionally, a new Dual Dokkan Festival featuring [Turbulent Final Battle] Goku and [Cataclysmic Final Battle] Piccolo Jr. is live in Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle for Android and iOS. This Dokkan Battle event allows players to earn original Dragon Ball versions of Goku and Piccolo Jr from the 23rd World Tournament.

    Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 players may look forward to the new Hero of Justice Pack 2 DLC launching on May 11. The new DLC pack finally introduces Beast Gohan as a playable character alongside Piccolo (Power Awakening) and Orange Piccolo. Further, Hero of Justice Pack 2 DLC pack includes four new Parallel Quests, two extra missions, a new stage, seven additional skills, five Super Souls, five brand-new costumes and accessories, and 15 loading screen illustrations. This is one of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2’s largest DLCs to date, so fans won’t want to miss it. 

    A major rollback netcode update is coming soon to Dragon Ball FighterZ, but a release date was not announced. Moreover, a rollback netcode beta will be held before the end of spring for the Steam version of the game. Fans may also look forward to a major Dragon Ball FighterZ tournament at EVO 2023 this August.

    Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is available now for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam. Lastly, Dragon Ball FighterZ is available now for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S worldwide.
