Square Enix announced the Final Fantasy XVI Pre-Launch Celebration live stream will be held on June 11 at 3:00 p.m. PDT / 6:00 p.m EDT. The event itself will be hosted in Los Angeles, but an exact venue was not named. It’s also worth noting that the pre-launch celebration will be held during the typical E3 week this summer, despite E3 2023’s cancellation.
Further details about the Final Fantasy XVI Pre-Launch Celebration were not revealed, but Square Enix encourages fans to save the date. A potential launch trailer for Final Fantasy XVI is expected to be shown at the event. Additionally, the June 11 date falls within the two week timeframe for a Final Fantasy XVI demo, which Naoki Yoshida stated would come in previous interviews. The demo may be announced at the event as part of the celebration, but this has not been confirmed by Square Enix.
