    NieR: Automata Ver1.1a Anime Delayed Once More Due to Coronavirus

    Coronavirus impacts continue.

    Aniplex announced the broadcasting of the NieR: Automata Ver1.1a anime has been delayed again due to impacts caused by coronavirus. The next episode of NieR: Automata Ver1.1a will be released at a later date once production may safely resume. 

    The spread of coronavirus in Japan caused several production delays at A-1 Pictures, and Aniplex ultimately decided that episode nine of NieR: Automata Ver1.1a must be delayed. A full schedule regarding future episodes of NieR: Automata Ver1.1a will be revealed on the official website soon.  Aniplex apologizes for the delay and hopes that fans understand the current situation. 

    Episode one of the NieR: Automata Ver1.1a English dub premiered March 18 with returning voice actors from the popular action RPG. New episodes of the English dub release every Saturday. Fans may also stream the first eight episodes of the anime with English subtitles on Crunchyroll

    Lastly, NieR: Automata is available now for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam worldwide.
