    Elden Ring Surpasses 20 Million Copies Sold

    The best selling FromSoftware game of all time.

    Bandai Namco and FromSoftware announced Elden Ring surpassed 20 million copies sold worldwide. Over 3 million units have been reportedly sold since the sales update was given by Bandai Namco. 

    The latest sales figures for Elden Ring includes digital copies sold and physical shipments around the world. Roughly 3.4 million copies of Elden Ring were sold since June 30, 2022. On June 30 last year, Bandai Namco confirmed Elden Ring sold 16.6 million copies sold worldwide. 

    Elden Ring is an action RPG that allows players to enjoy highly flexible adventures in a vast world with a variety of situations, Bandai Namco said in an IR release. “Combining the development capabilities of FromSoftware and the marketing power of Bandai Namco Entertainment’s overseas network, this title has been supported by fans since its release on February 25, 2022, and has shipped more than 20 million units worldwide to date.”

    Bandai Namco continues, “It has also received various awards, including ‘Game of the Year’ at The Game Awards 2022. The companies would like to thank everyone who has played this game from the bottom of their hearts, and will continue to develop various ways for the fans to enjoy the world of Elden Ring in the future.”

    Lastly, Elden Ring is available now for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
