The Goblin Slayer 2 Production Committee announced Goblin Slayer 2, the second season of the anime, premieres in 2023. A new teaser trailer was unveiled alongside the announcement of a new production studio taking over the project.
Taking over from White Fox, LIDENFILMS will produce the anime going forward as the main production studio. Misato Takada takes a directional role following Takaharu Ozaki’s promotion to chief director. Hideyuki Kurata and Kenichiro Suehiro return as the composition writer and composer respectively. Further, Hiromi Kato becomes the new character designer, taking on the role previously held by Takashi Nagayoshi.
