NIS America released an FAQ for the upcoming release of The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam, including save data and VR support.
Save Data Bonuses
The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie features save data bonuses for players who own previous Trails games such as The Legend of Heroes: Trails to Azure and The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel IV. PlayStation 4 save data is not compatible on the PlayStation 5 version. NIS America will provide these bonuses to PlayStation 5 players at no additional cost, however.
VR Support
VR support will be available in the PlayStation 4 and PC versions of The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie. However, the feature is incompatible on PlayStation 5. Players may use VR in the “Beachside Vay-Cay” scenario and the paid “SSS Summer Splash” DLC. NIS America confirms that VR is not required to play these scenarios. NIS America’s FAQ may be read here.
