When Will Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Release?

The next chapter in the Remake series is due out next Winter.

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is one of the most anticipated titles when it comes to JRPGs. Many fans are wondering when will Final Fantasy VII Rebirth release, especially after the reveal trailer for it this past summer.

When Will Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Release?

As of now, we know that Final Fantasy VII Rebirth will release in the Winter of next year. This, however, does include a wide range of months. Winter technically starts in November, so we will start here. November, December, January, February, and early March are the month Rebirth could release. Most people are expecting the game to fall in early 2024, especially with Final Fantasy XVI releasing on June 22nd, 2023. A new trailer debuted at The Game Awards, which revealed pre-orders and the finalized release date.

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is a direct sequel to 2020’s Final Fantasy VII Remake. This game marked the first of three games in the Remake trilogy, ending with the escape from Midgar. Instead of being a full-on remake, this project marches on as an “unknown journey”. Players can expect to visit the same iconic locations as the original, but things might happen differently. Rebirth was just recently trademarked by Square Enix in Australia and Europe. A trademark might indicate news soon for the title, as seen with many games nowadays.

Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion was released on December 13th, 2022. This remaster of the beloved PSP classic offers updated models, textures, and more. The battle system has been updated and overhauled to offer fasting gameplay mechanics. The game is fully voiced with an updated cast of voice actors matching those found in Final Fantasy VII Remake. We loved our time with the game and felt it was an amazing remaster filled with quality.
