    Kingdom Hearts Dark Road finale releases August 26

    Xehanort's beginnings come to an end.

    Square Enix announced the Kingdom Hearts Dark Road finale for iOS and Android releases on August 26 via a free update.

    A recap video for Kingdom Hearts 20th Anniversary was released, highlighting the series up to the announcements of Kingdom Hearts: Missing-Link and Kingdom Hearts IV. At the end of the video, a new trailer for Kingdom Hearts Dark Road revealed the release date of the story finale.

    The video description reads, “Experience the magic of Kingdom Hearts 20th Anniversary event in Japan from your own home! This video includes snippets of a music from the series performed by a live orchestra, developer interviews with Tetsuya Nomura, Ichiro Hazama, a message from Hikaru Utada, and the release date of the upcoming final chapter of Kingdom Hearts Dark Road.”
