    Pokémon Scarlet and Violet features various music tracks by tobyfox

    Undertale and Deltarune creator Tobyfox confirmed on Twitter that he composed field music for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. He created a concept sketch for the team at Game Freak, which was arranged into many versions found throughout the new Pokémon game. A few arrangements may be heard in the recent trailer.

    “I had the honor of composing the field music for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet! After creating a concept sketch, Game Freak arranged it into many versions that you’ll hear throughout the game. You can hear a bit of it in this trailer…”

    In addition, there are a few more music tracks by Tobyfox throughout the game. The renowned creator hopes fans look forward to them. Tobyfox adds by saying the “music is not optional” this time, referencing his music from optional content found in Pokémon Sword and Shield.

    “A few more Toby Fox tracks will appear in the game, too, so please look forward to those! This time, my music is not optional!!!”

    Pokémon Scarlet and Violet releases on November 18th for Switch worldwide. Tobyfox’s latest game, Deltarune Chapters 1 & 2, are available now for PS4, Switch, PC, and Mac for free. More Deltarune chapters are currently in development.
