Capcom announced via their FY2022 financials report that Monster Hunter Rise surpassed 9 million copies sold as of March 31st, 2022. The game reached the milestone months before the release of the upcoming expansion, Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak. The expansion brings new monsters, locales, story content and much more in a new adventure.
Capcom also confirmed that multiple major titles are releasing this fiscal year, including Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak. The current Capcom fiscal year ends on March 31st, 2023. Lastly, Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak releases June 30th for Switch and PC via Steam.
