NetEase Games announced the NetEase Connect 2022 Annual Product Launch Event is set for May 20th at 1:30 PM EDT! The event showcases 14 games heading to consoles, iOS, Android, and PC. These games include Dead by Daylight Mobile and Naraka: Bladepoint according to the Japanese version of the stream.

NetEase Games recently established their first studio in the US, Jackalope Games. The Austin, Texas based studio plans to develop exciting new games for consoles and PC. NetEase Games also purchased Grasshopper Manufacture, the company known for developing Japanese cult classic games such as the No More Heroes franchise. In an effort to grow a larger development base in Japan, the company also established Nagoshi Studio in November 2021. Nagoshi Studio is led by former Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio and Yakuza series director Toshihiro Nagoshi. Former SEGA and Yakuza series producer Daisuke Sato is also employed at Nagoshi Studio.
