EA confirmed via their Q4 FY2022 presentation that the company plans to release major IPs including a remake in early 2023. Star Wars Jedi 2 is another rumored game in the works at EA. The new Star Wars game will skip PS4 and Xbox One just like Need for Speed. In addition, the sequel drops the Fallen Order subtitle from the original game. Star Wars Jedi 2 is expected to release in 2023 on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

EA recently announced that their partnership with FIFA ends in 2023. One more FIFA title will be made for 2022 while EA Sports FC makes its debut in 2023.
