Spike Chunsoft announced that upcoming investigation game AI: The Somnium Files – nirvanA Initiative has been unfortunately delayed in Europe. The game is slated for a July 8th release in Europe. The delay was caused by unforeseen effects to manufacturing and global shipping slowdowns. Release dates for North America and Japan are unaffected.

Spike Chunsoft, Inc. and Numskull Games regret to announce that AI: THE SOMNIUM FILES – nirvanA Initiative physical and digital release will be delayed to July 8th, 2022 in Europe. Due to unforeseen manufacturing delays and global shipping slowdowns, Spike Chunsoft, Inc. and Numskull Games unfortunately must delay the European and Oceania release of this title across all platforms (Nintendo Switch™, PlayStation®4 and Xbox One). To maintain parity, the digital releases for these regions will be delayed to July 8th as well.
In the meantime, Spike Chunsoft launched their real-time mystery Hidden Bats across their social media channels. The new mysteries leads into the upcoming release of AI: The Somnium Files – nirvanA Initiative.
